It would be pretty stupid if they didn't. It's not like people would get tired of it unless they made like 50. Plus, SPOILER ALERT! WATCH OUT! Plus, remember the legendary ending where the chief's ship is floating toward that planet? The music there did NOT indicate that this was the end. It was like SCARY music. It probobly wont be calle halo 4, but they will probably make another one. Remember, they only said that halo 3 was "the end of this story arc," and if you know your plotline terminology, most things have quite a few story arcs...i think they said that on purpose.
